1.1 Hosting Services Activation
- Once your order for any hosting service (Shared Hosting, VPS, Cloud Hosting, or Dedicated Servers) is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the service will be provisioned and activated within the following time frames:
- Shared Hosting: Within 1 hour
- VPS Hosting: Within 2 hours
- Cloud Hosting: Within 2 hours
- Dedicated Servers: Within 24-48 hours
- An account setup email containing login credentials, server details, and other necessary information will be sent to the registered email address once the service is activated.
1.2 Custom Hosting Solutions
For custom-configured servers or specialized hosting services, the delivery timeline may vary based on the complexity of the configuration. Our team will provide an estimated delivery time during the consultation process.
2. Domain Name Registration and SSL Certificates
- Domain Name Registration: Domains purchased through Serversage will be registered and activated within minutes of successful payment. You will receive confirmation of registration via email.
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates will be issued and available for installation within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping of Physical Products
Serversage is primarily a digital service provider, and therefore, no physical products are shipped as part of our standard hosting services.
In cases where physical hardware or components (e.g., dedicated servers or storage devices) need to be shipped for custom orders or managed services, shipping arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs, timelines, and terms will be communicated during the order process.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the delivery timelines mentioned above, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, technical issues, or verification processes. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For orders requiring manual review (e.g., large enterprise solutions or custom server configurations), activation may take longer. We will provide regular updates on the status of your order.
5. International Delivery
Serversage primarily caters to clients within India, but we also offer services to international clients. Delivery timelines for services such as dedicated servers may vary for clients outside of India, particularly for servers hosted in our data centers in Dubai (Equinix) and other international locations. Delivery timelines will be communicated during the order process.
